Agreement
By visiting this website or calling (610) 702-9177, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the call line.
What this site is
Mohnton Drain Cleaning Co. is a referral service. We connect callers in the Mohnton, Pennsylvania area with independent local drain cleaning professionals. We do not perform drain cleaning work ourselves, we do not send our own technicians, and we do not enter into service contracts for the work performed. Any agreement for drain cleaning work is between you and the independent professional who performs it.
Independent contractors
The professionals we connect you with are independent contractors. They set their own methods, schedules, and pricing. We describe this service as connecting you with experienced local pros, but we do not supervise their work, and we are not responsible for how the work is performed once you agree to it with the professional.
Availability
Calls are answered 24/7, but we do not guarantee that a professional will be available at any given time, in any given location, or within any given timeframe. Same-day and emergency dispatch are offered where available. On the call we will give you straight answers about what is possible; we cannot promise dispatch or arrival times as fact.
Pricing
This site does not set prices and does not quote prices. The independent professional explains the options and the pricing before any work begins, and work starts only after you agree. Any question about pricing should be raised with the professional before the work starts, while you can still decide.
Information on this site
The articles and guides on this site are general information about drain cleaning topics. They are not professional advice for your specific home or situation. Nothing on this site replaces the judgment of a professional who has seen your drain in person. Do not pour chemical drain cleaners based on anything you read here; the safe-steps guidance on this site is all we advise.
Acceptable use
Use this site and the call line for their intended purpose: learning about drain cleaning topics and requesting connection to a local professional. Do not misuse the call line, misrepresent yourself, or interfere with the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mohnton Drain Cleaning Co. is not liable for the work performed by independent professionals, for delays or unavailability, or for decisions you make based on general information on this site. Our role is limited to connecting calls.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Check the effective date above to see which version applies. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
